These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VITAE Seminars websites and mobile applications that link to or reference these Terms ("Website").
Do not access or use the Website if you are unwilling or unable to agree to and be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and enter into a legally binding contract with Rock Ridge Marketing & Communications, Inc., dba VITAE
Seminars, a corporation headquartered in Phoenix, AZ ("VITAE"):
"You" and "Your" means you, as a user of the Website.
"User" means someone who accesses, browses, crawls, scrapes, or in any way uses the Website.
"We," "Us" and "Our" means Rock Ridge Marketing & Communications, Inc., dba Vitae Seminars.com
"Content" means text and all other forms of data or communication.
"VITAE Account" means the public account that you create and maintain on the Website which contains personal information such as your picture, name, e-mail address,
resume, curriculum vitae, and the country in which you reside.
"Your Content" means any Content that You submit or transmit to, through or in connection with the Website, such as your picture or name, your BLOG, paper, resume,
curriculum vitae, country of origin and information that you publicly display or displayed in your VITAE User Account.
"VITAE Content" means Content that we own, create and make available in connection with the Website.
"Website Content" means all of the Content that is made available in connection with the Website.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
We may modify the Terms at any time. Your access to or use of the Website is governed by the Terms effective at the time you access or use the Website. If VITAE makes
material changes to these Terms, VITAE will notify you by email and/or by posting a notice on the Website prior to the effective date of the changes. Any modification
of these Terms will be effective upon our posting of new Terms. Your continued access to or use of the Website after the effective date of modifications to the Terms
indicates your acceptance of the modifications. Please revisit these Terms regularly because revised versions will be binding upon you.
To be eligible to access or use the Website, You must:

(ii). Search and view the Website Content; or
(iii). Use the Website in accordance with these Terms.
Permission to Use the Website
We grant You permission to use the Website subject to the restrictions in these Terms. Your use of the Website is at your own risk. Additionally, by accessing or using the
Website, you risk exposure to Content with which you may not agree or that you find to be offensive, indecent, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate.
Furthermore, you do not have Our permission to use the Website as your personal loudspeaker for a particular cause, mission or opinion that is unrelated to the VITAE
The Website may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice, refund or liability.
Communications from VITAE and other Users
You will receive certain communications in connection with the Website. For example, you might receive payment confirmation notifications or communications regarding your account.
Your VITAE Account:
You must create an account profile and provide certain information about yourself in order to register for any seminar or activity. You are solely responsible for:
I. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
II. All activities that occur in connection with your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason.
Your VITAE Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. In creating it, you must provide complete and accurate information about yourself. You may not impersonate someone else, create or use an account for anyone other than yourself, provide an email address other than your own, or create multiple accounts.
You are solely responsible for updating the information in your VITAE Account.
We own the VITAE Content, which includes, but is not limited to, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, including, but not limited to,
computer code, products, software, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and any other intellectual and proprietary rights throughout the world.
You are completely without any express or implied right to use VITAE content whatsoever. We retain all rights in and to the Website.
VITAE and its licensees may publicly display advertisements and other information. You are not entitled to and shall not receive any compensation for such advertisements.
The manner, mode and extent of advertising is subject to change without notice to you.
We are under no obligation to enforce the Terms on your behalf against another user. We (ask) that you contact us in the event that another user has violated the Terms.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action at our sole and complete discretion.
You shall not violate:

II. Modify, adapt, appropriate, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display, sell, trade, or in any way exploit the Website or Website Content (other than Your Content), except as expressly authorized by VITAE;
III. Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the Site or any Site Content;
IV. Reverse engineer any portion of the Site;
V. Remove or modify any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice that appears on any portion of the Website or on any materials printed or copied from the Website;
VI. Record, process, or mine the information of any User;
VII. Access, retrieve or index any portion of the Website for purposes of constructing or populating a searchable database of papers, writing samples, articles, abstracts, memoranda or arguments and critiques published by students and professionals for a fee or creating a website similar in concept, form appearance, functionality or structure to the Website;
VIII. Reformat or frame any portion of the Website;
IX. Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the VITAE technology infrastructure;
X. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, user accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Website through hacking, password mining or any other means;
XI. Use the Website or any Website Content to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature (collectively, "Viruses");
XII. Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Website, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website;
XIII. Use the Website to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes; disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Website or Website Content; or
XIV. Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Website, features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of Website Content, or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Website.
XV. The restrictions above only apply to the extent permissible under applicable law. Nevertheless, you Shall not act contrary to them (even if permissible under applicable law) without providing 30 days' prior written notice to us here, together with any information that we may reasonably require to give us an opportunity to provide alternative remedies or otherwise accommodate you at our sole discretion.

(i) your access to or use of the Website,
(ii) your violation of the Terms,
(iii) any products or services purchased or obtained by you in connection with the Website, or
(iv) the infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
II. Not to settle any such matter without the prior written consent of VITAE. VITAE will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
VITAE reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Because the following limits the liability of the VITAE Parties’ to you, it is important that you carefully read this Section in detail. This Website is available to You on an "AS IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS," and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with the express understanding that the VITAE and the VITAE Parties may not monitor, control or vet your paper.
VITAE and the VITAE Parties are not liable to you for any loss or damage that might arise from:
I. The Website’s inoperability or unavailability;
II. The actions or omissions of Third Party advertisers or businesses on the Website;
III. Your inability to secure legal employment;
IV. Reputational harm resulting from the publication of any seminar materials and/or personal information;
V. Prosecution or incarceration resulting from the publication of any seminar materials and/or personal information.
You sole and exclusive remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the Website or any other grievance connected therewith is you termination and discontinuation of access to or use of the Website.
MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY
VITAE and VITAE Parties maximum aggregate liability to you for losses or damage that you incur in connection with the Website or these Terms is limited to the greater of
(i) the amount paid by You to VITAE in connection with the Website in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability or
(ii) $ 100 US dollars.
VITAE and VITAE Parties disclaim liability for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, reliance, consequential damages, loss of profits, information or data, business interruption or reputational harm.
CHOICE OF LAW
Arizona law governs these Terms, as well as any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises between You and VITAE, without regard to Arizona’s conflict of law provisions.
You expressly consent and submit to personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may provide You with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms by email, regular mail or communications through the Website.
The Terms contain the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the use of the Website, and supersede any prior agreement between You and Us on such subject matter.
Any failure on VITAE’s part to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
The failure of either You or Us to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein is not a waiver of any further rights hereunder.
If any provision of the Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, then only that provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention or
eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
PROHIBITION ON ASSIGNMENT
The Terms, and any rights or obligations hereunder, are not assignable, transferable or sub-licensable by you except with VITAE’s prior written consent, but may be
assigned or transferred by Us without restriction. Any attempted assignment by You shall violate these Terms and be void.
We may translate these Terms into other language but the English version of these Terms governs your relationship with VITAE.
Any inconsistencies among the different versions will be resolved in favor of the English version.

SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION
In order to submit your seminar registration to the Website, You must provide a valid name, billing address, valid email address, phone number, credit card
and other information (“Personal Information”) and create an account with us (“VITAE Account”).
Basic Account Information
When you create or modify a VITAE Account, you provide some personal information, such as your name, username, password,
and email address. In some cases, you may be required to provide your cell phone number, for example, to recover a password via SMS or to help us prevent identity
theft, spam, fraud, or abuse.
When you register we may ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and country of residence.
For some financial products and services we might also ask for your address, and country where you live. When you register with VITAE and sign in to our services,
you are not anonymous to us.
VITAE automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, VITAE cookie information, software and hardware
attributes, and the page you request.
VITAE uses information for the following general purposes: fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research,
and provide anonymous data reporting for designing our future seminars.
YOUR ABILITY TO EDIT AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PREFERENCES
You can edit your VITAE Account Information, including your contact preferences, at any time.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the VITAE service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the VITAE Newsletter,
that are considered part of your VITAE account. You may unsubscribe at any time.
You can delete your VITAE account by requesting in writing to: info@VitaeSeminars.com
Some information may possibly remain in our archived records after your account
has been deleted
As a Speaker, your biography and contact information may be open to and viewable by the general users of this website.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
We may collect Your billing and credit card information. This information will only be shared with third parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction (such as fulfilling orders and processing credit card payments). When You submit credit card numbers, we encrypt that information using industry standard technology. Only the last four digits of Your credit card number are retained by Vitae and are used for Your reference only. No other financial information is retained by VITAE.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
VITAE collects all Your Personal Information You submit to or through the Website. We also collect and store information about You in the course of Your use of the Website. We use this information to analyze and track User behavior, to provide the functionality and improve the quality of the Website, and to help comply with legal obligations. We may use Your Personal Information for limited purposes. VITAE collects and combines Your Personal Information when You access or use the Website.
Our servers log information about Your use of the Website, such as Your search activity, the pages You view and the date and time of Your visit. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
Our services are not directed to persons under 13. if you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at email@example.com. we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. if we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
